Enrich Brisbane, an innovative, interactive and inspirational three-day event showcasing the best in life, food and wine is coming to Brisbane and will take place over three days on Friday March 30 to Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Queenslanders who value having rich and full social lives will enjoy a wide range of experiences featuring some of the country’s top chefs and the finest food, wine and speakers. With four main stage areas and some 100 stand, there will be a chance to sample some of the next generation of cookery, hi-tech appliances and entertainment equipment. With outdoor entertaining forming an integral part of Queenslander’s lifestyle, a diverse and exciting space will excite and surprise.

Among the celebrities featuring at the 2012 inaugural event is lapsed TV cook Ian Parmenter. Says Parmenter, “although I am passionate about cooking ad eating the best produce, and enjoying the finest wines – as many people know – I’m also passionate about convivial company, music, entertainment, playing with electronic toys and outdoor living. I can’t wait for Enrich Brisbane.”
