New restaurant in Newcastle

Husband/wife, chef/waiter team Beau and Suzie Vincent have created subo, a contemporary bistro on Newcastle’s Hunter St.

Their aim is to provide simple pleasures – food that is handled with care, wine that fills the senses and service that is attentive and thoughtful.

And with Beau’s experience at Tetsuya, Guillaume at Bennelong and the one-hatted Bistro Guillaume, combined with Suzie’s time at the one-hatted Burlington Bar and Dining in Sydney and Centonove in Melbourne, they certainly have the know-how to pull it off.
